Sitting at just over a week away from the Federal Reserve meeting, we should continue to see more of the same from Jerome Powell and his associates. Last week was filled with a lot of economic data being released to put the Fed in perfect position to make an educated decision. Inflation numbers stayed relatively stagnant in November compared to October and jobs data and unemployment numbers remained strong, meaning the Fed can continue to do its work to continue to bring pricing stability to the markets and curve inflation to their long-term goal of 2%. Expect another rate hike similar to the last announcement in November.
