Congratulations on becoming Hall Financial’s June 2021 HALLSTAR! You were nominated for the Hall House Rule Every Single Experience is a Chance to Grow – can you tell us a little bit about what that means to you?
First off, I am honored and grateful for a team that recognized my hard work and dedication to making an impact. My goal from when I started was to learn as much as I could as fast as possible so that I could start contributing as fast as possible. That required taking every learning opportunity that came my way seeking out every opportunity. It is up to us – not anyone else!
When did you start with Hall Financial? What do you do here?
May 3rd, 2021 – just 6 short weeks ago. I’m still in the same role – but preparing to become an HLA in the coming weeks, as long as I continue to learn and grow!
You did a little bit of a career jump when you joined Hall Financial, coming from a traditional “service industry”. How does that shape how you approach each day with Hall Financial’s clients?
My time working in hospitality helped hone my skills in determining what other people value and pivoting my approach to fit their needs. In addition to the time I spent running restaurants, I also ran inside sales for an industrial chemical company for about 4 years. I spent a lot of time developing different ways to approach different personality types on the phone. That’s helped immensely.
What are three words you would use to describe your fellow team members?
Motivated, helpful, relentless
What has been your favorite part about working with Hall Financial so far? Do you have a proudest moment yet?
This is for sure my proudest moment! I honestly love coming in the office every day. I love my team and who I report to. Everyone around me has been committed to seeing me be successful as long as I hold my end of the bargain and keep asking questions

On my desk to hopefully motivate someone else that needs it – to push a little bit harder
