Congratulations on becoming Hall Financial’s August 2021 HALLSTAR! You were nominated for the Hall House Rule Doing What Is Right Is Often Very Inconvenient – can you tell us a little bit about what that means to you?
Doing what is inconvenient is often what separates you from others who are pushing toward achieving great things, both in their career and outside of it. Continuing to push every day and do the difficult things is always something I’ve strived for.
When did you start with Hall Financial? What is your role with the organization?
I started full time with Hall Financial in December of 2019. I had previously been an intern back in 2017. David thought I was an average intern – look how far I’ve come! I started in reporting and now I’ve taken on the role of Senior Operations Specialist.
What are three words you would use to describe your fellow team members?
Supportive, Detailed, and Impactful
What has been your favorite part about working for Hall Financial? Do you have a proudest moment?
My favorite part about working at Hall Financial is all the friendships I’ve made so far and the friendships I continue to make. It makes work much better when you enjoy who you work with.
We need to know! Where will the HALLSTAR trophy be displayed?
The HALLSTAR trophy will be placed at my desk for all to see. I might even get a nice case for it!
