HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS

It’s that time of year when all roads lead back to home. Whether it’s our college kids coming to visit family in their childhood home or your first Christmas in a new house or with a new baby, all roads lead to “home” this time of year. This time of year always stops me in my tracks to reflect on the year in it’s home stretch, and a fond part of that is when I think of all our clients who have allowed us to be a part of their lives this year…difference makers as we like to call ourselves…and it humbles me greatly.
One of the most heartwarming stories of the year was a single parent just getting started on her journey of future homeownership who had limited credit established and our team made it a personal mission to help her build up a credit profile to help her accomplish her goals. Our client, like many, put their trust in us with hopes that the dream of homeownership could one day become a reality. Fast forward a few months, our client became approved for their loan and sent the following testimonial to our team, which we talk about to this day:
